Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from damage and odors, and have their original tags attached. Please retain the original packaging where possible. Trying on an item carefully indoors is permitted.
How to request a return
Email contact.amracia@gmail.com with your order number, the item and size, and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Please do not send merchandise to our registered office in Sheridan: it is a correspondence address, not a returns facility.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind or fit return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. We cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect; contact us before sending it.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. We refund the price paid for accepted returned items, including any refundable tax. Standard outbound US shipping is free, so there is no outbound shipping fee to deduct. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you chose an optional paid shipping service, that fee is not refunded for a change-of-mind return. Where we are at fault, or an unshipped order is cancelled because we cannot meet the promised shipping time, any applicable shipping charge is also refunded.
Exchanges
Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. We can alternatively refund an eligible return so you can place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, the returns process applies. Cancellation and refund rights required by law remain available.
Complaints and payment disputes
If an order, refund or charge is incorrect, email contact.amracia@gmail.com or call +66 61 169 0093. Include your order number, a description of the problem and any relevant evidence; never send full card numbers. We will investigate, explain the proposed resolution and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate under this policy and applicable law. Contacting us does not limit your right to seek help from your payment provider or exercise legal rights.
