Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States. Delivery availability for your exact address is confirmed at checkout. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from order confirmation, including processing and transit. The estimate is subject to address verification, carrier disruptions and public holidays. Any different delivery estimate will be shown before you place your order.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is free ($0 USD), with no minimum purchase. Any optional shipping service and its price will be shown before payment. Prices are in US dollars (USD); the final order total and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. Taxes are included where the product page indicates they are included.

Tracking and delivery issues

When your parcel is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Check your delivery address carefully. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date and give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling the unshipped merchandise for a prompt full refund. We will not substitute another item without your consent.
