These terms apply to purchases from sanedila.com, operated by Sanedila LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Products and orders
We sell physical fashion items. Product pages describe the materials, color, available sizes and garment details. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Please review the description and size information before ordering. Availability is subject to stock and order verification. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied and refund any payment for unfulfilled merchandise.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is free. The final total and any applicable tax are displayed before payment; taxes are included where indicated on the product page. Payment is processed through the providers shown at checkout over an HTTPS connection. We do not receive your complete card number. Never send payment credentials to client services by email or through the contact form. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a pricing or product information error affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Orders are delivered to eligible US addresses. Estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from order confirmation unless a different estimate is shown before purchase. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. If a promised shipping date cannot be met, we will provide the delay or refund options required by law.
Promotions
If we offer a promotion, the relevant offer will state its eligibility, validity dates, exclusions and any code required before purchase. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer explicitly allows it. A promotion does not remove the cancellation, return or refund rights described in our policies.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. You must be at least 18 or have authorization from a parent or guardian to place an order. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights.
Site content and third-party services
The Sanedila name and original site design belong to Sanedila LLC. Product trademarks and supplied photographs remain the property of their respective owners. The site may link to third-party services whose own terms and privacy practices apply.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by Wyoming law. Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can seek a practical resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive legal remedies available to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version in effect when your order is placed applies to that order.
